Better Fiber Deals is an independent AT&T authorized dealer website operated for Kevin’s customer inquiries. This page explains how information submitted here is used.
What you share
The interest form asks for your name, email, phone number, service address, preferred contact time, current provider and services, and services you are interested in. If you use the calculator and continue to the form, your comparison selections and optional bill amount are included in the inquiry.
Why Kevin needs it
Kevin uses those details to respond to your request, review suitable offers, check availability at your address, and help you understand a possible service change. Submitting the form permits a response to your inquiry by phone, text or email. It does not enroll you in an automated marketing text sequence, create an account, or place an order.
How your inquiry is handled
Form submissions are validated on the server and sent through Resend to Kevin’s email inbox. This website does not maintain a customer database. The inquiry remains in the email systems used by Resend and Kevin’s email provider, subject to their retention and security practices. Kevin retains correspondence for as long as needed to assist you and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. He does not sell your inquiry details.
Vercel hosts this site and may process standard connection and request information to operate and secure it. Application code does not log the form payload or add your contact information to this site’s URLs. Basic abuse protection may temporarily retain a hashed connection identifier.
Calculator and booking
You can use the calculator without submitting contact details. Your journey selections and, after a successful submission, your contact details are held in this browser tab’s memory to move between screens. This site does not save them to browser local storage. Reloading the site clears that memory.
If online scheduling is available, the booking page loads Cal.com’s calendar and can pass your name, email and phone number to it to prefill the booking form. Cal.com manages appointment details and confirmations. Booking is optional. You can leave the booking page after your inquiry has been submitted.
Other services and your choices
Our service providers have their own policies: Resend, Vercel, Cal.com, and Google for Kevin’s email inbox. This version has no advertising pixels or marketing analytics installed. Third-party booking tools may use cookies needed for their service.
To correct or request deletion of your inquiry, or to ask Kevin to stop contacting you, email kevin.fiberteam@gmail.com or call 310-925-3445. Do not include account passwords, payment details, Social Security numbers, or copies of sensitive documents in this form.
